LANDSCAPES
Traditionally, with landscapes, I worked in soft pastels, oils or watercolors. Using my Painter program, I select a paper surface, and then create an underpainting which looks like an abstract. When satisfied with the color balance, I then start painting with digital pastels, oils or watercolors or other esoteric digital medium brushes.
Landscapes come from my local hikes in the Santa Cruz Mountains and the spectacular North Coast by my home.
