WATERCOLORS
Most of these images below are gestural watercolors, done in 60 seconds. I mix up 3 pools of color, hold the page upright. I start with a light flesh tone, then drop in some warm color, and lastly add in some manganese blue, allowing it all to run down the page, diffusing where wet hits wet, leaving a line when painted on a dry spot.
3 of the newer watercolors were created thusly: I created abstract watercolors, wet on wet, splattering. After they were dry, I brought them into a life drawing session, using a Tombow pen and 7 minute poses.
