The last Life Drawing session in July, I decided to work in clay - Quyle
Sandstone Buff - and the resulting little figures were done during the
7-minute poses. I allowed the clay to get leather hard and completed by
carving in details. After bisque firing, I applied an iron oxide stain, and a bit
of underglaze color, and glaze fired to cone 6. They are all between 6 - 8" in
size.
