First inspired to make a pair of giant red high heels - they were "Mountain
Mama's" shoes. I made them as functional chairs. Then, for another exhibit, I
decided that Mountain Mama left her RED lipstick at the Art Center, along
with a bunch of keys. The Raven Head with my self portrait underneath it
was inspired by Inuit wood masks, where the animal is on the outside, and
when you raise the wooden animal head up, the inner portrait is revealed.
And the Red Wino and White Wino chairs - collaged those white plastic
chairs that weren't white any more...
