I started creating old looking walls, peeling paint, blistering and peeling stucco surfaces, worn bricks, grafittied surfaces, stone, wood and more. I then started compositing onto the walls, my figurative drawings, originally wanting them to look like they had been painted on the various surfaces. This led to my series of "Off the Wall" paintings.
