to view larger image This diptych was created for an exhibition that combines poetry and art, poets and artists, etc. Some of the exhibition works can be seen at The SC Mountains Art Center's website, Archives. The exhibitions were called "The Poet's Eye / The Artist's Tongue". I also designed the posters each year. The diptych panels were created in Painter, capturing text and using that text as a brush: embossing, painting with it, etc. The paintings are created from those text brushes. Enjoy!
